General Conditions This agreement is governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws of Illinois, United States of
America. You irrevocably and unconditionally submit
to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Illinois and courts of appeal
from them for determining any dispute concerning this agreement. If any
provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court
of law, such invalidity or unenforceability will not affect the remainder of
the agreement which will continue in full force and effect.
These Conditions of Use can be modified at any time by Flight School List.Com
and you agree to continue to be bound by the Conditions of Use as modified. We
will give you notice of these changes by publishing revised Conditions of Use
on the Website. We will not separately notify you of these changes.
