However, we cannot and do not undertake to review all material before it is posted on the Site, and cannot ensure prompt removal of objectionable material after it has been posted. Termination policy

A User's access to the Website will be terminated if, under appropriate conditions, the User is determined to infringe repeatedly.

Non-Waiver

The failure or delay of FlightSchoolList to exercise or enforce any right in these terms does not waive their right to enforce that right.

Mandatory Arbitration

Any dispute regarding the services shall be required to be resolved by binding arbitration of the parties hereto. If the parties cannot agree on an arbitrator, each party shall select one arbitrator and both arbitrators shall then select a third. The third arbitrator so selected shall arbitrate said dispute. The arbitration shall be governed by the rules of the US Arbitration Association then in force and effect.

Validity

Each of the provisions of these terms and conditions is severable and distinct from the others, and if at any time one or more of such provisions is or becomes invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired.

Governing law and jurisdiction
